Cancellation Policy
Customer Policy Thank you for choosing our nail and foot care services! We offer BIAB, acrylics, full cover tips, gel polish, pedicures, and more. Your safety is our priority, so please let us know of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. Appointments: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, and a 72-hour notice is needed for any rescheduling or cancellations. Nail Design Package Add-On Requirement: For BIAB, acrylics, and full cover tips, please select a Nail design add-on package when booking. Without this add-on, the design/colour you desire may not be available. *Please Note* Infills are available for nails that have been applied for up to 3-4 weeks for Biab and max 3 weeks for acrylics/full cover tips. Nails beyond this period require a complete soak-off and a new set for optimal results. By booking, you agree to these terms and our aftercare guidelines. We look forward to serving you!
