​1. Product Purchase & Return Policy

• All sales are final for opened or used cosmetic products due to hygiene reasons.

• Unopened products in original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase.

• Damaged or defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

 

2. In-Store Refund Policy

• No cash refunds. Store credit or exchanges are available for eligible returns.

• Refunds are only issued for defective products if no exchange is available.

3. Online Refund Policy

• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or past its expiration date upon arrival.

• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Proof of damage or expiration (e.g., photos) may be required.​​

• We do not accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

4. Online Orders & Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1-5 business days and shipped via standard delivery.

• Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

 

5. Tester & Hygiene Policy

• Testers are provided for in-store sampling. Customers must use disposable applicators for hygiene purposes.

• Used testers or personal items cannot be returned.

 

6. Customer Service & Complaints Policy

• Customers with product concerns should contact us within 3 days of purchase.

• Our team will assist with product guidance and troubleshooting.

 

7. Payment Policy

• We accept cash, card, and mobile payments (Apple Pay)

• All transactions are final once completed.

 

8. Privacy Policy

• Customer information is kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

• Email and phone details may be used for promotions only if the customer opts in.

 

9. Store Conduct & Security Policy

• Shoplifting or fraudulent activities will be reported to authorities.

• Customers must respect store policies and staff for a pleasant shopping experience.
