Waxing Treatment Booking Policy At Belle & Beyond, we aim to provide a smooth and professional booking experience for all clients. Please review our booking policy before scheduling an appointment. Appointments & Scheduling • A deposit will be required to secure your booking. Which is non-refundable. • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation. Trainee Appointments • When booking with a trainee, clients acknowledge that treatments are performed by a student still in training. • Trainee appointments may take longer than usual and results may not be as refined as with an experienced technician. • Prices for trainee services will be cheaper, but no refunds will be provided. • By booking with a trainee, you agree to receive treatment as part of a learning experience. Cancellations & No-Shows • We require at least 48-72 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. By booking an appointment, you agree to our policy.
